Re-opening of Riviera Alta
Where the lake meets the sky.
Last friday January 27 there was an open invitation to the inhabitants
and visitors of Ajijic to the reopening of Riviera Alta subdivision.
This is an exclusive area located in Prolongaci¢n L zaroC rdenas,
above La Floresta. A privileged location in Ajijic with a spectacular
views of the lake and the village. Close to everything, with a great
concept of design and privacy.
The event took place in the Casa Club of this beautiful development
and it was organized by the Realty Corporation Tierra & Armonia
(Land & Harmony). Rivera Alta consists of 76 houses 26 of which
are already occupied. About 50 more houses are under construction.
Besides there is a project to extend the development.
The Casa Club includes a tennis court, swimming pool , two jacuzzi,
SPA, terrace for 400 people and a vast green area all around. This
area has been already used for important events organized by those
who already live there.
This subdivision, now developed by "Tierra & Armonia"
is on the market through Century 21 Vistas Realty.
The municipal president of Chapala, Ing. Arturo Guri‚rrez Tejeda
participated in the ribbon cut ceremony, and thanked the investors
of Tierra and Armon¡a their interest in investing in the Lake
side areas.

Arq. Ernesto Escobar, the director of the project
stressed the quality of the building site and the future success of
the development. Lic. Mauricio Mart¡nez, representing Tierra
and Armon¡a, introduced the group he represents.
All those present enjoyed the meeting and celebrated
the good luck of those who won the various prices of the raffle.
